Patented bottom feeding system

Feeding from below

Dielle® has developed and patented an absolutely unique combustion system.
In a Dielle® stove, the pellets are fed into the burner from below via microprocessor-controlled stainless steel augers, which, through the forced feeding of the material, avoid clogging problems and promote constant and uniform combustion over time.

Thanks to this innovative feeding system, feeding the fuel from below also allows for a stable and more natural flame, like that of wood combustion.

HOT SHUTDOWN

When the programmed thermostat temperature is reached, the stove interrupts the supply of pellets, allowing the fuel to burn naturally in the burner.
Relighting will thus take place using only the embers, avoiding the consumption of electricity by the glow plugs and, unlike many stoves, having to remain in modulation.
RAPID
RESTART

Should the stove be switched off by mistake or due to a sudden power failure, the patented Dielle® system will enable a quick restart, as there is no need to wait for the stove to cool down completely. In fact, the burner does not require final cleaning for shutdown or pre-loading for re-ignition.
PELLET
PRE-HEATING

In a Dielle® stove, the pellets are pre-heated before being fed into the burner; this particular construction favours - at a stage prior to combustion - the evaporation of the moisture content, thus allowing the pellets to burn thoroughly.
DOUBLE IGNITION
GLOW PLUG

All* Dielle® stoves are equipped with double glow plugs, which not only allow for faster ignition, but also guarantee operation even if only one igniter breaks.
